Human Rights Violation/ Atrocities

Atrocities on Dalits and Tribal are still a big problem country wide and the state of Madhya Pradesh is one of the states where the incidences of atrocities on Dalits are high. Atrocities on Dalits and Tibal is also a gross violation of Human Rights and inspite of effective legislations like SC/ ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1993, Dalits and Tribal are not able to get justice. Keeping this in mind Jan Sahas is working on stopping atrocities on community and is involved in ensuring justice for them.
